Safety Day at the Farmer’s Market June 16th

UPDATE 6/6/19: This event has been postponed due to the weather forecast. We will set a new date soon! The market is still open today.

Thank you to everyone who came out on Sunday for an incredible Opening Day! The cool and rainy spring has delayed the growing season a bit so please keep in mind that the abundance of produce will continue to increase every week.

This coming Sunday, we will be hosting our annual Safety Day at the market. Swampscott Police, Fire & Ambulance will be joining us. Bring the kids along to meet their local heroes and check out the vehicles.

Halloween & Touch A Truck at the Farmer’s Market!

Sadly, we’ve reached the end of our outdoor market season. This Sunday, October 29th will be our last outdoor market of the season. We want to thank everyone for a fantastic year! We’ve had a lot of great feedback on the new location and we appreciate you sticking with us while we work out the kinks of getting settled in a new location.

We’re looking forward to our annual Halloween celebration at the market this weekend. We will be holding the kid’s Halloween Costume Parade starting at 11:00 AM. Goody bags will be provided to all those that participate.

In addition to our Halloween parade, we will be holding a touch-a-truck event for the kids!

We hope to see you there!

Please stay tuned for more information on our Annual Indoor Thanksgiving market which will be held on Sunday November 19th this year.

We would like to thank everyone for the great turnout for our Opening Day last week, it was a huge success! We hope that you’ll continue to come out every weekend to support our farmers and stock up on the great produce & other goodies our vendors have this year.

Also this Sunday at the market, our civic booth will be the Swampscott Yacht Club.

Our musician will be Aidan Bonner.

In addition to the touch-a-truck event, we will be having a flag making craft activity for the kids. They can have fun making their own flag for the 4th of July Parade.
