Join Sarah from Uplevel Fitness this Summer for Fitness at the Farmers Market! Come and enjoy this 30 minute community class designed to help you feel healthy and strong all Summer! The workouts are open to all fitness levels, and will utilize your own body as resistance. Modifications will be offered as needed. Participants will also receive healthy farmers market recipes so you can continue to be inspired beyond your workout.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle for the class. $5 per class, or get a pass to all 6 classes for $25 Classes will be held June 9th, June 30th, July 7th, July 28th, August 4th and August 25th at 10:00AM.
